A Note From Joni

You are not alone! I’ve spent most of my life struggling with Bipolar Disorder. Much of that time I have just been surviving. However, after decades of trying different medications and therapies, I am now thriving.

I’ve taken all I have learned from 20+ years of therapy, as well as my training and experience as a Certified Health Coach and teacher, and created Ganbatte Planners. Initially, I created it for myself. However, when it became apparent that other people needed them too, I had to share Ganbatte with the world. Thank you for considering the Ganbatte planner.
